Find the cause

If you have urine leakage, then you should find out why you are leaking urine. There are several possible causes including trauma, injury, or disease.

You can also have spontaneous leaks that happen without any apparent reason. Spontaneous leaks tend to be minor (smaller amounts of urine) and occur frequently (every few days).

If you have blood in your urine, this may be due to cancer or another condition. It is not likely that there is an underlying medical problem if you only have urinary tract pain.

However, it is still important to determine what is causing your pain. Your doctor will do some simple tests and assess your situation to come up with a plan for treatment.

Here are some common reasons for experiencing bladder pain;

1. Hemorrhoids — a painful swelling of the veins in the lower rectum

2. Constipation — frequent urination helps flush out constipation. When you don’t make enough room for stool during bowel movements, pressure builds up within the intestines and results in abdominal pain.

3. Infection — not surprising given the location of the pain! Urinary tract infections often result in symptoms related to kidney infection. Other infectious agents can also cause pelvic pain, such as gonorrhea or chlamydia.

4. Endometriosis — this is when tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus grows outside the body, resulting

Flush with cold water

Even if you don’t feel any pain, taking a few steps after a coughing fit will help prevent further damage from occurring.

The first thing to do is flush your bladder out by drinking some liquid or running a full shower. Then, use warm water to relax your muscles and reduce swelling.

Finally, try flushing your system with cold water (or even ice water) to stop the flow of urine.

This way you can slowly re-hydrate yourself while avoiding injury to your delicate urinary tract.

If you have leakage every day, there are ways to manage it. The most common treatment is medication. Also, though not commonly known, having a weight placed on your back or abdomen may help relieve pressure in your abdominal area.

Try coughing

If you have urine leakage, then your body is trying to rid itself of an irritant.

A good way to look after yourself is by doing a cough test when you urinate. Make sure that you don’t hold back any tears while coughing. It also helps to take a deep breath before you do so to make it more natural.

You can also try using a paper cup or plastic lid to block your urethra (the tube through which urine leaves the body). When you feel the urge to cry, give into it and work it out.

This will help keep you in control of yourself and prevent further damage.

Try the “urine dance”

When you have urine leakage, your body will react to the presence of urine by trying to eliminate it.

Your nervous system is able to detect the presence of urine with sensory neurons located in the peri-urethral region (near where the urethra opens into the bladder).

When these sensors sense the presence of urine, they trigger a response that causes involuntary muscle contractions at the site of urine leak via the pudendal nerve. This results in contraction of the muscles surrounding the anus, which promotes release of fluid within the rectum through muscular action called the levator ani.

This also has a reflexive effect on other organs via the autonomic nervous system, resulting in increased pressure inside the urinary tract, leading to more spasms and leaks.

In most cases, this automatic reaction occurs without any input from higher brain functions. It can be prevented by consciously recognizing the sensation or urge to pee, and preventing its flow by focusing on breathing or thinking about something else.

Healing happens when we learn to recognize the feeling of needing to urinate and stop doing activities that cause leaking before the problem gets worse.

Seek medical attention

If you experience pain when urinating, blood in your urine, frequent urination, or excessive leaking from your penis, seek immediate care at a hospital.

These are all signs of a serious condition called cancer. The leaks can be minor but still cause significant damage to your urinary tract (kidney, bladder, prostate) or surrounding tissues.

If you have any symptoms, go see your doctor. He or she will perform tests and determine whether you need to undergo surgery or other treatments to fix the problem.

It is important that you are completely honest with them because they may ask you questions regarding drug use, smoking, family history, etc. They also want to know how long you have had these issues.
